Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Birdie Assassin! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for exchange or store credit.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: To facilitate the return process, please ensure you include the original receipt or tax invoice with your returned items.
Exchange or Store Credit: We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returned items within the specified timeframe and meeting the conditions outlined above.
Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased at a discount of 25% or less (including sale items) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Return Shipping: Birdie Assassin does not cover the cost of return shipping or freight. Customers are responsible for any postage or freight costs associated with returning items.
